Ushan Group started 20 years ago with a small crew, a single truck, and one belief — that Ottawa families and business owners deserved a contractor who actually picked up the phone, finished what they started, and treated every home like their own.
Two decades later, that belief still runs the company. We have grown into a full-service general contractor with in-house crews across every major trade — but we are still local, still family-run, and still answering the phone.
Today we serve homeowners, builders, landlords and business owners across Ottawa, Orléans, Rockland, Kanata, Barrhaven, Stittsville, Nepean, and Manotick. From a single drywall patch to a ground-up custom home, every project gets the same care it would have gotten on day one.

How long has Ushan Group been in business?
20 years. We have been building, renovating and repairing homes and businesses across Ottawa since the early 2000s.
Are you a family-run business?
Yes. Ushan Group is locally owned and family-run, headquartered in Ottawa with all crews based in the National Capital Region.
Do you use subcontractors or in-house crews?
In-house first. Our plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, tilers and drywallers are all on our own payroll. We bring in trusted specialist trades only when a project needs something outside our core scope.
What size projects do you take on?
Anything from a $200 handyman call to a $400,000 custom home or commercial fit-out. There is no minimum-size job inside our service area.
