Typically $25,000 for a refresh-grade reno (cabinets, counters, paint, basic electrical) to $80,000+ for a full layout change with custom cabinetry, premium quartz and structural work. We provide a fixed-price quote after a free in-home estimate.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A standard Ottawa bathroom renovation takes 2 to 3 weeks. Larger ensuites with custom tile, in-floor heating and structural changes typically take 4 to 6 weeks.
Can I live in my home during the renovation?
For most kitchen, bathroom and basement projects — yes. We seal off work zones, contain dust, and clean daily. For whole-home renovations, a temporary move-out is usually easier on everyone.
Do you renovate condos in Ottawa?
Yes. We work with most major Ottawa condo boards, follow building rules on noise hours, elevator booking and contractor insurance, and handle all building approvals.
Do you handle the design or just the build?
