No. Inside our standard service area, we will take a single drywall patch or one fixture install. There is no call-out fee for booked visits.
How fast can you start a rental turnover?
Most rental turnovers can begin within 3 to 7 days of approval and finish within 5 to 14 days, depending on scope.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for rental portfolios?
Yes. Monthly or quarterly maintenance contracts are available for landlords with multiple Ottawa properties — one POC, predictable pricing, photo reports.
Can you match existing paint and texture?
Yes. We carry colour-matching gear and can replicate most common ceiling and wall textures, including stippled, knock-down and orange-peel.
